Digital education at Leeds covers all aspects of technology-enhanced learning in hybrid and fully-online settings. This means that however you learn, students and staff at Leeds benefit from the latest digital technologies and pedagogical expertise.

To do this, we work closely with academic teams, students and commercial partners to design effective learning experiences using the best possible EdTech tools and teaching methodologies.

Our expertise in learning design and learning technologies enables us to create transformative, accessible and inclusive online learning experiences, from short courses and microcredentials to fully online degree programmes.

DENFest Media Enhanced Learning Conference

DENFest 2026 is a two-day internal conference (1-2 July) for University of Leeds teaching staff hosted by the Digital Education Network.

This year's inaugural event will focus on Media Enhanced Learning, as the University prepares for the launch of Panopto, our new platform for creating, sharing and engaging with video and media in teaching.

Online Learning Summit 2025
