The Digital Education Annual Report 23/24 showcases a year of sustaining excellence in digital education at Leeds.

This 4th edition of the annual publication features case studies and key statistics that showcase the projects, programmes and events that have enriched learning experiences for students and staff within the University and further afield.

It also recognises the many dedicated teams and colleagues whose hard work and innovation have contributed to the Service’s success.

Reflecting on the past year, it’s clear that our achievements result from collective effort. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to all our dedicated staff, passionate students, and supportive partners across the institution and beyond. Thank you for your continued support and engagement. Education is inherently human, increasingly digital, and undeniably complex. To meet the evolving needs of today’s learners, we must focus on reaching them where they are and when they are ready, ensuring our educational offer adapts to individual and societal needs and circumstances. We have reimagined the design of our learning ecosystem, integrating open, online, and digital experiences as core principles, developed in direct collaboration with our academic community.
