Student Ambassador Celebration Event 2023

This June, the Digital Education Service will welcome all our Student Ambassadors for Digital Education to our brand new Helix space, in celebration of their hard work and achievements.

Our ambassadors will get the chance to hear from senior leadership, network with members of staff from the Service alongside fellow ambassadors that they have worked with over this year. The University of Leeds Careers Service will also be hosting an exclusive careers session focusing on CV skills and employability.

Over the past year, our Student Ambassadors for Digital Education have had the opportunity to take part in a range of exciting projects from conducting focus groups for research, creating social media campaigns and filming for online resources.

"Our Student Ambassadors took part in video interviews answering questions about academic integrity to add an authentic student perspective to the tutorial for learners to relate to.

The experience enabled me to gain an insight in online learning from a student perspective. We also had some really positive feedback from the students involved on the project who said that they really enjoyed the experience, it was fun, and the production team were so kind."
